Industry: OEM Equipment Manufacturing
Situation: A large OEM Equipment Manufacturer was looking for a supplier that could provide full service welding & fabrication, and machining services to manufacture OEM products and components. The various jobs involve diverse grades of steel used in jobs ranging from five pounds to ten thousand pounds . The customer needed a one-stop supplier that could handle the entire process from material sourcing and procurement, to fabrication /machining & heat-treating, all the way through to painting and finishing. It was also necessary that the vendor maintain and adhere to the customer’s extremely strict quality control standards.
Problem: Prior to contacting DynaIndustrial, the customer had trouble contracting vendors to provide all of the required services under one roof. Also, the quality program was a challenge because it required the supplier to implement new processes that would ensure 100% start to finish quality control in a satisfactory manner.
